Seaplane IV: De HavillandPosted by baobab (Cambridge, United States) on 19 September 2008 in Transportation. in the air, british columbia, canada even with active d-lighting (i.e. in-camera exposure adjustments to improve dynamic range) at max, this shot proved tricky due to the high contrast between the internal shadows and external brilliance. this particular exposure seemed to work best for clearly showing the controls. so that makes the chiaroscuro semi-intentional :) --- we live in a beautiful world --- your feedback and suggestions are always appreciated - thanks for visiting
