between events at the wine expo on Sunday we took a walk along the Boston Fish Pier.

from harbourwalk: "The Boston Fish Pier, which opened in 1914, is the oldest continuously working fish pier in the United States."

generally it's not advisable or easy to walk along the apron, but a blustery winter sunday meant that there weren't many fishermen at work and we were the only "tourists".
